How are you going to wear your hair on homecoming this year?? You have the perfect dress, shoes, and date. Actually who needs him, 😉 now you need to put your look together.
First your hair should always compliment your dress. If the dress has alot going on with details you may want to opt for a simplier style with hair. If you dress is very simple go Wild!
Tossled wind blown hair is in!!!!!! Here is a do it yourself idea with an old t-shirt
Step 1 rip up an old t shirt from your x boyfriend that you are so over (you want the pieces to be the width and length of a ruler)
(shorter hair you can do 6 inches instead of 12)
Step 2 wash you hair the evening before and let it airdry until it is just a tad bit damp
step three take quarter size sections around your hairline (spritz with water if needed as you go)
Now pay attention!! On each section you take you are going to wrap the hair around the tshirt towards your face. Then tie the ends of the strip in a bow.
Step 3 Now that ou have finished your hairline you can wrap every other section in all different directions.
Step 4 Sleep in this if you can the longer it set the better the wave!
Step 5 Get some pomade something very light in texture like Paul Mitchell Dry Wax. Less is more with this prouct Now as you take each piece out use a bit a pomade on each wave and twist almost as if you are making dreadlocks
Step 6 Get creative. Take all of your hair in a low bun on the side or center and pin
Step 7 accessorize with a cute flower pin or bow!
Dance the night away in this fun undo 🙂
